Directions to 2001 Excellence Way, Prescott, AZ 86301

From Prescott:

1. Head north on Willow Creek Road toward the airport.
2. Turn right on Pioneer Parkway (Highway 89A)
3. Take the first exit--Larry Caldwell Dr. and Hwy 89.
4. Go straight through the stoplight--do not turn onto Hwy 89.
5. Keep right on the onramp and turn right on Larry Caldwell Drive.
6. Turn right on Assurance Way.
7. At Tri-City Surgery Center turn left on Distinction Way.
8. Turn right at Excellence Way, head to the end of the cul-de-sac toward the large retaining wall.
9. Enter the rear entrance to the top level of the building, Suite 200.

From Prescott Valley:

1. Head West on Highway 89A (Pioneer Parkway)
2. Exit on Larry Caldwell Dr. just after Side Road
3. Turn left on Larry Caldwell Dr. (away from the golf course)
4. Turn right on Assurance Way.
5. At Tri-City Surgery Center turn left on Distinction Way.
6. Turn right at Excellence Way, head to the end of the cul-de-sac toward the large retaining wall.
7. Enter the rear entrance to the top level of the building, Suite 200.

From Chino Valley:

1. Head South on Highway 89
2. Turn left onto the Highway 89A/Larry Caldwell Exit.
3. Keep right on the onramp and turn right onto Larry Caldwell Drive.
4. Turn right on Assurance Way.
5. At Tri-City Surgery Center turn left on Distinction Way.
6. Turn right at Excellence Way, head to the end of the cul-de-sac toward the large retaining wall.

From Dewey-Humboldt:

1. Head toward Prescott on Hwy 69
2. Turn right on Fain Road
3. Head West on Highway 89A (Pioneer Parkway)
4. Exit on Larry Caldwell Dr. just after Side Road
5. Turn left on Larry Caldwell Dr. (away from the golf course)
6. Turn right on Assurance Way.
7. At Tri-City Surgery Center turn left on Distinction Way.
